eDhanvantari is a product designed, conceptualized, owned, and managed by Kovid BioAnalytics Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

eDhanvantari is a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system that provides:

• Digital patient record management
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Prescription and medication management
• Laboratory and diagnostic test management
• Billing and payment processing
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Secure communication between healthcare providers and patients
• Compliance with HIPAA and ABDM regulations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use eDhanvantari, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have appropriate parental/guardian consent

• Not use automated systems to access the service without authorization
• Report any security vulnerabilities or breaches immediately

All content, features, and functionality of eDhanvantari, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned by Kovid BioAnalytics Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that:

• The service is licensed, not sold, to you
• You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the service
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Patient data entered into the system remains the property of the healthcare provider or patient, as applicable

6. HIPAA and ABDM Compliance

eDhanvantari is designed to comply with HIPAA and ABDM regulations. However, compliance is a shared responsibility:

• Your Responsibilities: You must use the service in a manner that complies with HIPAA, ABDM, and all applicable healthcare regulations
• Access Controls: You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls and user permissions
• Data Entry: You must ensure accurate and complete data entry
• Patient Consent: You must obtain appropriate patient consent before accessing or sharing health information
• Breach Reporting: You must report any suspected security breaches or privacy violations immediately

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in termination of your account and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information in the system
• We are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kovid BioAnalytics Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit through the service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay required fees
• We are required to do so by law
• You request account deletion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• We may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations
• You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination
